How it works

HitDex has two modes. Pick yours below and see exactly what happens, start to finish.

For live breakers

You open packs live and need every pull logged to the right customer, without stopping the stream to write anything down.

  1. 1

Create the break and add the customers

List the customers in opening order and what each one bought (single booster, ETB, booster box). Takes under a minute.

  2. 2

Mark who is being opened now

One tap picks the current customer. Everything logged from then on goes to them β€” no picking a name per card.

  3. 3

Show the card to the camera

HitDex reads the card and returns name, number, set, rarity and market price. In auto mode it fires by itself when you hold a card up β€” nothing to press.

  4. 4

    Viewers follow along live

Every break has a public page that updates instantly. On desktop, add it as a browser source in OBS. On a phone, the panel makes a QR code you show on camera β€” viewers open it on their own device and watch the hits land.

  5. 5

    Everyone gets their own results

Each customer has a private link with their own hits, and you export the whole break as a spreadsheet in one click, in the currency you choose.

For collectors

No stream involved: you want to know what you own, what it's worth and how that changes.

  1. 1

    Photograph your cards

One card or several in the same shot, from your phone or by uploading files from a computer.

  2. 2

They join your collection, already priced

Name, number, set, rarity and market price fill themselves in. If something comes out wrong, you fix it by hand.

  3. 3

    Track how it grows

Prices refresh every 3 days and the chart shows how the collection moves. You see the total, your most valuable card, and can filter by set or rarity.

  4. 4

    Trade, if you want to

Make your profile public and other collectors can browse your cards and message you about a specific one. Profiles start private β€” it's your call.

Details that matter

Card language

An English card and the same card in Portuguese are different products at different prices. HitDex records the language of each card and shows it next to the price.

Dollars or reais

Pick the currency at the top of the site. The rate refreshes several times a day and carries into the exported spreadsheet.

No duplicate cards

If the same card shows up in two shots in a row, it isn't logged twice. Cards already seen today don't trigger a fresh price lookup either.

The photo is the receipt

Every batch of hits keeps the photo it came from. If a customer asks, the proof is right there.

You don't have to run it alone

Invite a moderator by link. They log hits during the stream but can't change the break's setup.

Discord summary

When you close the break, a summary with per-customer totals and the top hits is posted to your server.

Frequently asked

Do I have to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser, on desktop and on phones. For the camera, just allow access when the browser asks.

Can I use it streaming on TikTok or Jamble?

Yes. Those apps can't put a browser page over the stream, so the answer is the QR code: the panel generates it, you show it on camera, and each viewer follows the hits on their own phone.

Are the prices reliable?

For English cards they come from the reference market and refresh every 3 days. For other languages we don't have a market source yet, so the value is an estimate and is marked with β‰ˆ. We're working on a real source for Portuguese cards.

What does it cost?

You start with 5 trial scans β€” a taste, and it does not renew. After that you buy scan packs, from 50 for R$10 up to 1,000 for R$115, with no subscription and no lock-in. One scan is one photo, however many cards fit in it.

Can it get a card wrong?

It can, especially with a shaky photo or heavy glare on a holo. That's why every hit is editable and there's manual entry with name search.

Creating an account takes under a minute and needs no card.
